The ambit of our work includes any intervention that will improve the ability of and opportunity for people in impoverished communities to take care of themselves and their families financially.

We only take on projects that are likely to produce measurable results that are sustainable over the long term.

We only equip and develop people where there are real opportunities for them to utilize their skills. Our interventions are always demand led.

We will not support any project that:
•         benefits a limited number of people at the expense of others
•         involves the sale or promotes the use of alcohol
•         involves gambling of any sort
